(Summary)

The resources of tourism are specific natural and socioanthropogenic objects and their combinations. Concidering the contemporary and perspective structure of the social necessity of leisure and recreation and the respective techno-economic potencial, the tourist resources are subject of consumation being the basic material for the production of tourist services.

Most typical features of the tourist resources are: 1) attractiveness; 2) space conservatism; 3) low kapital investment; 4) reiterated use.
